Returns and Refunds Policy

You can return a product purchased on watchive.com within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the products.

The items must be returned intact, in the same condition in which they were received, with the tags and their original packaging included. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Please always refer to the contractual conditions that you can consult on the page Terms&Conditions of the site.

Personalized products, made-to-order products, vintage products or fine jewelry cannot be returned, except for products that have obvious damage or imperfections. For more information see the page Terms&Conditions.

Once your return has been received, verified and accepted, you will receive the refund due via the payment method chosen during the purchase. The return shipment is charged to the customer.

To start the return procedure, contact our Customer Service by writing an email to info@watchive.eu within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you receive the products (or for purchases of multiple products, the day you received the latest product).
