The Zenith El Primero Pacific ref. 59.0010.400 is an elegant sports chronograph produced in the 1990s, powered by one of the most iconic automatic movements in Swiss watchmaking: the famous El Primero caliber 400. This model represents a simple and versatile version of the El Primero family, designed for those who want a precise chronograph but with a more discreet design than the more well-known models.
The steel case measures approximately 39 mm in diameter and is paired with an integrated satin-finished steel bracelet with a folding clasp. The opaline white dial features three chronograph counters, a discreet tachymeter scale on the flange, applied indexes and a date window between 4 and 5. The clean lines and thin bezel give the watch a balanced and contemporary look.
The heart of the watch is the El Primero 400 caliber, a high-frequency automatic chronograph (36,000 vibrations/hour), equipped with a column wheel, horizontal clutch and a power reserve of approximately 50 hours. The crystal is domed sapphire and the case back is closed and screwed. Water resistance is guaranteed up to 50 meters.
